A groundbreaking inclusive sports tournament featuring 30 teams from top companies. This premier event aims to champion diversity and foster an inclusive workplace culture by integrating persons with disabilities (PWDs) alongside non-PWDs.
From the end of October to the end of November, the Unity Cup will kick off with 4 weeks of practice sessions held once a week, followed by a 1-day final event. Unity Cup will feature diverse teams made up of corporate employees, both with and without disabilities, including members from Helm’s PWD community. Participants will unite on the field to play two main games: pan-disability football and goalball.
In addition to the sports events, participants will have access to an e-learning course on Disability Ethics before the finals and a post-tournament Disability Equality Training for leadership teams. An HR Online Panel will also be held to discuss strategies for leveraging disability inclusion for business success.
